History
I was born and raised on Treaty 8 territory in northern Alberta. In 2013 I moved to the unceded territory of Coast Salish peoples to study at the University of British Columbia. I graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Arts. I went on receive a Master of Arts at Simon Fraser University. In 2020 I moved to the traditional territory Snuneymuxw, Snaw-naw-as, and Stzuminus people to join the clinical team at an addictions treatment centre. After this I moved to the unceded ancestral lands of the lək̓ʷəŋən speaking peoples to study at the University of Victoria and graduated with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
I enjoy dance, reading, hot drinks, comedy, art-making, and adventuring around town with my daughter.

My practice is organized around relationships. We will contemplate your relationship to self, others, objects, substances, processes, and even time itself. I work within a relational psychodynamic model of therapy, seeking to listen carefully to what the unconscious, body and inner voice have to say. Learning to listen in this way supports clients to see, accept and value each part of the self.
